Mitch Frankel

Mitch Frankel founded Impact Sports Management in 1987. Mitch has practiced as an attorney and has over 35 years of experience in representing professional athletes including NBA and NFL players. He has been an NFLPA and NBPA Certified Contract Advisor since 1984 and has negotiated over $3 Billion in contracts.

Mitch’s responsibilities include negotiation of player contracts and endorsement agreements, coordinating and supervising marketing strategies, and overseeing business and legal matters for our clients.

In addition, Mitch oversees and coordinates post career strategies to ensure that each client is properly prepared for life after sports. His relationships with NFL and NBA General Managers and Player Personnel, staff cultivated over many years in the business, are key in providing Impact clients the necessary information regarding contract negotiations and other football related issues.

Tony Fleming

Tony has 20 years of experience representing professional athletes. Tony joined Impact Sports Management in 1996 and has played an instrumental role in the growth of the company.

His personal relationships with National Football League (NFL) personnel are invaluable in providing our clients the best opportunities to be successful on and off the field. As a certified contract advisor, he also plays a fundamental role in researching and negotiating contracts for Impact clients. His contract expertise allows our veterans and rookies to maximize their potential earnings.

Tony is directly involved in assisting our clients with their personal and professional development. Over the years, he has formed relationships with Impact clients that will last long after their playing careers have ended. Tony is an agent who always represents his client’s best interests, but as important, he is a role model and advisor to many people in our Impact family.

Ron Butler

After receiving his degree from Florida International University, Ron joined Impact Sports Management and immediately made his mark within the sports representation world. As licensed NFLPA contract advisor, he has attracted many of the league’s top young players to the company and negotiated record-breaking contracts, including Lavonte David’s contract extension with the Tampa Bay Buccaners.

Ron’s background and experience in both client management and business affairs make him an asset in the development of clients’on-and-off field careers. Ron believes that the role as an agent does not end with contract negotiations; the agent should be there for the athlete to protect and advise with regard to all aspects of business and personal life. Ron’s commitment to maintaining close relationships with his clients and their families has led to his success as a trusted advisor and a valuable member to Impact Sports Management.

Renata Lombardo

Renata joined Impact Sports in January 2009 as an accounting clerk and administrative assistant.  Over the years she has proven her talents and dedication to the company and is currently in charge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking functions for our multiple divisions. Over the years her experience has progressed to include general ledger maintenance, budgeting and cash flow management for high-dollar clients.

Alberto Ebanks

Al is a certified contract advisor with the NBPA . He has over 10 years of experience representing professional athletes and has Negotiated several NBA contracts. Al has over 25 years of experience Representing numerous professional athletes and entertainers on various legal matters.

Richard Beda

Richie Beda is an NBPA and NFLPA Certified Agent with Impact Sports Management. He is involved in the management of the company’s client roster, the recruitment of new clients, and the negotiation of player contracts. As an attorney, Richie also handles the agency’s legal matters including contract related matters, disciplinary appeals, and Collective Bargaining Agreement grievances. Richie attended New York Law School where he received his Juris Doctor and Masters in Real Estate Law.

Claudia Sciarretta

Claudia has been working with Impact since 2003 and is an integral part of the team. Her efficient, detailed organizational skills are critical in today’s fast paced and ever-changing sports industry. She is responsible for general administrative and operational functions. In addition, she serves as a resource for our football and basketball clients and helps manage their professional and personal obligations. Claudia has a background in marketing and public relations, and currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Andrew “Ace” Thomas brings his knowledge and passion for the game coupled with his infinite experience in the world of athlete management to Impact Sports Management. Ace manages day-to-day professional and personal matters for clients. Ace also assists with the company’s client development efforts and coordinates pre-draft and off-season training. Ace’s continuously earns the trust and confidence of  athletes, parents and coaches. He maintains a close network to young, upcoming star basketball players, coaches and trainers.

Tony is involved in the management of the company’s client roster, the recruitment of new clients, and the negotiation of player contracts. A former college football player and now a NFLPA certified contract advisor,  Tony uses his unique experience on the playing field to give our clients the best ability to meet and exceed his clients goals on and off the field. He focuses on coordinating the recruiting for perspective clients within the football division of Impact Sports Management.
Tony plays a vital role in the development of our clients throughout their playing careers. Most notably, Tony’s commitment to maintaining close relationships with his clients and their families has led to his success as a trusted advisor and a valuable member to the Impact Sports Management team. He currently resides in South Florida with his family and beautiful wife Raquel.
Matt Savino

Matt joined Impact Sports Management in 2013 and has been an integral part of contract negotiations for our clients. Matt maintains Impact’s contract database and is responsible for preparing contract forecasts and player analytics to be used in negotiations.  Matt graduated with honors from the University of Miami Law School and subsequently passed the New York State Bar. Prior to his time at Impact, Matt was the twelfth hire of internet-startup SportsSignup, which was recently acquired by Sports Illustrated and Time, Inc. Additionally, Matt holds a B.S. in Sport Management from the State University of New York College at Cortland.
