The US Open triumphantly returned to Los Angeles in June 2023, for the first time since 1948. [IMPACT] secured the most premium hospitality option at the tournament for our clients: a private, 100-person per day Chalet, located adjacent to the 1st fairway.

Over a year of planning went into this project, and [IMPACT] facilitated all aspects of this luxury hospitality program for our clients. Planning included:
-Negotiating with USGA on hospitality chalet procurement and ensuring client and stakeholders were accurately represented
-Managing all vendor subcontractor relationships relating to catering, décor, gifting, transportation, and travel
-Site-visits with client and USGA
-Ticket distribution for over 400 guests
-On-site staffing to ensure flawless event execution
