As Co-Founder of sports and entertainment experience provider InsideSEG, Alan led its acquisition with global talent agency CAA, becoming Head of their hospitality practice, CAA Premium Experience. Having started a number of businesses in both high school and college, he has spent most of his life as an entrepreneur. He combines his intuition and fatherly attitude to help guide the business at [IMPACT], ensuring clients and staff have everything they need to be successful.
Alan’s favorite event is the two weeks of US Open Tennis, managing the overall client experience and doing his best to make it courtside for the evening sessions, Honey Deuce in hand, especially when Rafa takes the court.
An avid sneakerhead, Alan is always on the hunt for the next fresh pair (yes- he's got a sneaker closet), and is a die hard fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, New York Islanders and New York Knicks.
Jason started his career in 1998 at Integrated Sports International (ISI), which was eventually sold to SFX Sports Group, a powerhouse agency representing athletes in every sport. In 2000, SFX was acquired by Clear Channel Entertainment. Jason became a partner with Alan and Jim at Inside Sports & Entertainment Group (InsideSEG) in 2007 and was instrumental in helping grow the company and spearheading its 2014 acquisition by one of the world’s leading talent and entertainment agencies, Creative Artists Agency (CAA).
As a leader of the CAA Premium Experience division, Jason has been an industry expert of hospitality and VIP experience practices throughout his career. He has been getting program details just right for every client and brand experience across the globe for over 20 years. With his affable personality, Jason has grown a loyal customer base that value his friendship as much as his stewardship of their programs.
Without question, there is nobody that knows the ins and outs of Super Bowl as well as Jason and he has led the team’s efforts and partnerships over the years to create some of the most exclusive client opportunities at the Big Game each year. When he’s not leading the team at [IMPACT], Jason can be found leading his family through Tik Tok dance videos and coaching little league sports for his three kids.
Having spent his career creating partnerships with Fortune 500 brands, teams and talent, Jim’s can-do attitude has served clients well — helping them explore opportunities across the sports and entertainment landscape.
As a partner at InsideSEG, Jim led business development efforts, helping build the company from bootstrap start up to its acquisition by CAA in 2014, where he ultimately led the sales and events teams at CAA Premium Experience. In addition to working with blue chip brands, Jim worked to create and manage partnerships with the USTA and NFL, offering clients unique and exclusive access to these world class properties.
A lifelong tennis player, Jim appreciates the majesty and history of Wimbledon — finding its hallowed grounds and intimate setting one of the most exclusive in all of sports. Jim never passes up a chance to see Phish (well over 100 times), with an extensive tape collection from the mid-90’s to prove it.
Not in a violent sense, by any means, but that he quietly goes about his work in a quick and exacting manner, with little fanfare. He approaches his work with clients in a consultative manner — listening first before offering bespoke solutions.
Rich was a sales leader at InsideSEG and CAA Premium Experience before ultimately starting Precision Events Group in 2018, continuing his work in the hospitality space.
Leading the [IMPACT] team’s presence at the Masters each year, Rich still feels the majesty of getting on the course at Augusta National and dreams of one day flighting the ball over Rae’s Creek on the 12th hole. Easily the best golf player of the leadership team, Rich recently won the 7th Flight Club Championship at his home course.
As the front face of [IMPACT]’s events, Rox manages the ins and outs of every client program. From working hand-in-hand with clients leading up to their event, to welcoming guests on-site, Rox’s energy and attention to detail shine through on each and every experience.
Rox has spent her career with the Team at [IMPACT], leading the product development and marketing, in addition to her work at events while with InsideSEG and CAA Premium Experience.
Rox loves the Super Bowl as it allows her the ability to master a new city each year, New Orleans being her favorite (Who Dat!). Rox is planning her own big event for 2021, managing all the details leading up to her wedding to the love of her life, Drew (not Brees).
